HOW WE WORK

Our Design Process

A six-step pipeline our experienced design teams have refined across hundreds of automotive panel programs.

  1. Requirements Analysis

    Review customer specifications, 3D data, and stamping conditions.

  2. Concept Design

    Develop initial die layout and forming concept based on the target panel.

  3. 3D Mold Design

    Detailed 3D design using CATIA or THINK3 with parametric die structure.

  4. Simulation & Validation

    DYNAFORM FEA analysis to verify formability and surface integrity.

  5. Design Review

    Internal and customer review with iterative modification cycles.

  6. Final Delivery

    Complete 3D data, 2D drawings, and documentation in the customer's preferred format.
